What data we process

The website does not ask you to register. We process the data you give us when you write to us through the form on the website, by email or on WhatsApp, or when you call us: usually your name, phone number, email address and what you write in the message, for example dates, the number of people, and the level and age of those taking lessons.

What you write in the form on the website reaches the school office by email, and the school answers you from there. The website does not keep it.

When you visit the website, the server records some connection data for technical and security reasons: IP address, date and time, the page requested and the type of browser.

Giving us your data is optional, but without a contact we cannot answer you or organise the lesson.

Why we process it

• To answer your requests and organise the lessons you ask for: it is needed to provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To run the website and protect it from abuse: this is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• For visit statistics, only if you accept them: the basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
• For legal obligations, for example tax obligations, when you buy a lesson (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not make automated decisions and do not carry out profiling.

Online bookings

Online bookings and payments are made on the BeebeeSki platform, which processes the data entered there as an independent controller, under its own privacy notice. Our website takes you to its page with a link and does not pass on any data. The school receives from BeebeeSki the booking data needed to organise the lesson.

Photos and videos during lessons

During lessons, instructors may take photos and videos for teaching purposes.

WhatsApp and maps

If you write to us on WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, which processes data under its own privacy notice; we use WhatsApp only to answer you. The link to the map of our offices opens Google Maps. The website loads nothing from Google until you open it.

How long we keep it

We keep the data of purchased lessons for as long as the law requires for tax records, usually 10 years. The server’s technical logs are deleted after a short period.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or publish the data. Technical service providers, such as website hosting and email, may process it on our behalf, and the instructors who teach the lesson see it. Google and WhatsApp may transfer data to the United States, with the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access your data, correct or erase it, restrict its processing, object to its processing and receive the data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (portability), by writing to the contacts above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
