What languages are lessons taught in?
Italian, English and French. Dedicated instructors are available for German, Russian, Portuguese, Spanish and Chinese. Write to us before booking, so we keep them free for you.
How do I confirm a booking?
With a 50% deposit or full payment at the time of confirmation. The balance must be paid at least 5 days before the lesson; without payment the booking is cancelled. Refund deadlines are in the booking conditions.
Can I rent equipment?
Yes, at Ski Sport House, the school’s partner shop, in Châtillon on the road to Cervinia. Address, phone numbers and opening hours are on the Ski rental page. Rental is not included in the price of the lessons.
How is the course level chosen?
The instructors decide on the first day. They look at age, technique, stamina and safety, and make the groups from beginner to advanced.
Can I insure my lessons?
Yes, with Snowcare Lessons. It costs 7% of the total and you add it when you book your lesson. It refunds you if you cannot come because of illness, injury, a cancelled holiday and other mishaps, with a €20 excess. The leaflet listing every case is in the booking conditions.
What is the minimum age for group lessons?
Little ones’ courses are for children aged 3 to 5, children’s courses for ages 5 to 13 (Kids full day from 9), adult courses from 14.
