Booking confirmation

To confirm the booking we require a 50% deposit or full payment at the time of confirmation. Without payment the booking is automatically cancelled. The balance must be paid at least 5 days before the lesson.

Payments

We accept cash, bank transfer and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). We do not accept bank cheques. Refunds are made only to the original payment method.

Cancellation

• 100% refund for cancellations up to 15 days before the start of the lessons.
• 50% refund for cancellations from 15 to 3 days before.
• No refund for cancellations less than 72 hours before the start.

Snowcare Lessons insurance

Snowcare Lessons refunds the lessons you cannot take. It costs 7% of the total and you add it when you book your lesson.

It covers illness, injury, a cancelled holiday, being unable to reach Cervinia and other mishaps, with a €20 excess per refund. Keep your payment receipt. Bad weather is not covered.

Private lessons

• Each lesson hour lasts 55 minutes.
• During the lessons, instructors may take photos and videos for teaching purposes.
• If some lifts close (because of wind, breakdowns or other reasons), lessons move to the lifts that are open.
• Lessons take place in all weather conditions, unless the school decides otherwise.

Group lessons

• If some lifts close (because of wind, breakdowns or other reasons), lessons move to the lifts that are open.
• Lessons take place in all weather conditions, unless the school decides otherwise.
• If the lifts close completely, the first lost day is neither made up nor refunded. From the second day of closure, lessons are made up on the following days and, if that is not possible, the missed days are refunded with a voucher.
• Group and participant levels are decided only by the instructors, based on age, technical ability, endurance and safety. Arbitrary group changes are not accepted.
• Lessons take place on slopes suited to the group’s level and to the participants’ safety.
• During the lessons, instructors may take photos and videos for teaching purposes.
• Participants must arrive on time at the meeting point, wearing the bib handed out on the first day of the course.
• Snacks and drinks are not included in the price. It is worth giving children some money to buy them.

What is not included

Ski and snowboard lessons do not include the lift pass or equipment rental.
