In the event of total closure of ski lifts, one lost day will neither be made up nor refunded;
from the second day of closure, lessons will be rescheduled in the following days, and if this is not possible, they will be refunded in the form of a voucher, taking into account the days already completed.
Group and participant levels are determined EXCLUSIVELY by the instructors.

Lessons are conducted on slopes appropriate to the group level and participant safety.
Assessment of student level and slope usage is carried out by professionals; complaints from parents will not be accepted.
Participants in group courses must arrive on time at the meeting point equipped with their bib provided on the first day of the course.
Snacks and drinks are not included in the course price; we recommend that parents provide children with money for any purchases.
